The order included modernization of the belt carriage PVZ 2500 – 45/27. The machine is placed in the Bílina Mines (Doly Bílina) under operation number 81. The modernization scope included the following parts of the machine.
When certain conditions of the mining technology are met, the conveyor carriage PVZ 2500-45/27 can be used:
- as a stacker
- to extend or shorten the conveyor lines
- as a technological equipment for transverse conveyance of material
- to overcome smaller differences in height of cuttings
The conveyor carriage is usually used for distribution or routing of conveyance of coal or overburden in the belt conveyance system. The purpose of the conveyor carriage reconstruction was to increase reliability of the equipment and at the same time to decrease requirements for attendance and maintenance.
